Cathy Severson is recognized as a speaker, workshop leader, coach and author with over thirty years in personal and professional development. She is creator of the VISTa Life/Career Cards, a counseling tool used by therapists and career professionals in schools such as; Stanford University, University of Colorado and Princeton University.

Specializing in adult transition issues, she helps people find their Purpose, live with Passion and expand their Potential. Focused on helping baby boomers move into retirement, Cathy works with individuals and groups, helping people understand the issues of new retirement so they can shift from fantasy or fear to a life that has both self-fulfillment and meaning.

In addition, Cathy has been a featured expert in the Wall Street Journal, ABC News, Christian Science Monitor, Consumer Reports, as well as the Denver Post, Yahoo! Hot Jobs and MSN Career Builder. Cathy holds a M.S. in career development. She is a wife, mother, grandmother and an award winning watercolor artist who shows and sells throughout the Southwest.

Based in the retirement haven of Arizona, Cathy works with clients around the country (and world) via phone and the internet. Her clients include retirement-age professionals who have devoted their life to career and family, mid-life career changers, retirees who want to start a business or other meaningful activity.
