  1. This is a great tip Cathy! I have heard Michael Hyatt talk about this in his podcast. It sounds like something we should all be doing.

  2. Great topic! I love the tips. My husband and I are in our 40′s and just started journaling. I’m going to try the tips tonight and get him to as well. I know we are a ways from retiring but maybe if we journal our desired retirement we’ll get it ;)
